1. Returns

• Notify us of your intent to return an item within 14 days of receiving it by email at info@mylavastudio.com.

• Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging. Include a copy of the invoice in the package and, if applicable, provide your PayPal address or bank details for a refund.

• Returns must be sent to the following address at your own expense:

2. Exchanges

• Items can be exchanged for a different size or finish. Follow the return steps outlined above and indicate the desired size or finish on the invoice copy.

• Exchanges are not permitted for entirely different items. In such cases, you must return the original order, request a refund, and place a new order.

• Additional delivery costs for exchanges are the buyer’s responsibility.

• Custom-made items cannot be exchanged or returned. Please contact us at info@mylavastudio.com for assistance.

3. Complaints

• If an item is damaged or faulty, notify us immediately via email with a description of the issue.

• Damaged items must be returned within 14 days of submitting your complaint. Once we confirm the issue, you will receive a full refund, including shipping costs.
